SME Sales & Service, Inc. provides confidentially for the customer and provides non-disclosure or publication of customer’s processes or business plan. Secrecy Agreements are formulated with respect to customer’s proprietary, technical, commercial and financial information. Upon completion, the customer can request the return of all documents or request that the documents be destroyed and certify the destruction. Performance Bonds prepared in accordance with the latest AIA documents and Surety Bonds are available if requested by the customer. Partnering Agreements can also be established. Customer information is handled with the same degree of care as would be used to protect the trade secrets of SME Sales & Service, Inc. |
